My recipe for living confidently healthy has two simple ingredients:

Recognize what shapes the decisions you make when it comes to food and nutrition ... whether it be your work schedule, family duties, or your love of frolicking with friends. Everybody is unique and your diet should be too!

Love Yourself


Acknowledge those influences and then do everything in your power to be the healthiest you no matter the location or the occasion.

My name is Jillian and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) residing in the Washington, DC Area. Just like you, I am trying to live my best life ...  from the workplace to the social scene.  My journey to becoming confidently healthy has not been the easiest, and I will admit it is still something that I am working on every day. The difference is that now I am empowered with knowledge (two degrees worth!) that has helped me to make better decisions for myself and encourage others to do the same.
